EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At Osalu Couture, your satisfaction is important to us. Every item is carefully inspected to meet our quality standards before shipping. If an issue arises with your order, please contact us at sales@osaluofficial.com so we can assist you promptly.

 
GENERAL GUIDELINES
  • All customers are advised to read our policies before placing an order.

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for eligible items in unused condition, with tags intact and original packaging undamaged.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that don’t meet our policy criteria.

SALE ITEMS

  • Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • Promotional gifts during sales are non-exchangeable and offered at our discretion.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in original, undamaged packaging.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery and completed within 30 days.

  • Items showing signs of wear, stains, rips, improper care, or washing will not be accepted.

  • Returns must be shipped through trusted delivery partners (DHL, FedEx).

Eligible return reasons include:

  • Receipt of a defective or damaged item.

  • Wrong item or size sent.

  • Sold-out item received.

 

EXCHANGES
  • Exchanges are approved only if the item meets all eligibility requirements (no signs of damage, tags intact).

  • Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Sizing-related exchanges are processed as store credit, which you can use to reorder a new size or a different product.

  • Once your returned item is inspected, we’ll update you within 2–5 business days via email.

 

REFUNDS
  • We only issue refunds for sold-out items that haven’t been processed or shipped.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.

 

SHIPPING & RETURN COSTS
  • Shipping fees are not complimentary and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • You may request a return label from us at sales@osaluofficial.com. The cost will be based on your package’s weight and can be paid upfront or deducted from your store credit.

 

STARTING A RETURN
  1. Email sales@osaluofficial.com with your order number in the subject line. Use the email used at checkout for faster service.

  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging. Do not combine multiple orders into one return shipment.

  3. If you’re unavailable during the return window, request an extension (1–7 days) before the period ends.

 

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
  • Domestic: Initiate within 5–7 calendar days of delivery.

  • International: Initiate within 7 calendar days of delivery using DHL or FedEx.

 
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Accessories, hats, bodysuits, custom/personalized orders, and personal care goods (e.g., perfumes).

  • Sale items and gift cards.

  • Items damaged during opening due to improper handling (e.g., using scissors).
